Welcome to Pivot Agram Group d.o.o. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Pivot Agram Group d.o.o. provides labor outsourcing and commercial premises sublease services. Specific terms for each service may be outlined in a written contract between the company and the client.

Clients must provide accurate information when requesting services. Misuse, fraudulent requests, or illegal use of our services will result in termination and potential legal action.

All services provided will be governed by separate contractual agreements outlining obligations, pricing, durations, and any specific conditions.

Clients agree to pay for services rendered according to agreed-upon schedules. Late payments may incur interest or result in service suspension.

Pivot Agram Group d.o.o. is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of premises or unqualified labor not disclosed during hiring. However, we ensure due diligence in vetting and selecting candidates and sublease spaces.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Croatian courts.
